 I first heard her speak last year when she was still editor at the Edge, talking about ‘games that make you cry’.   Thoughtful, moving, fantastic stuff, and made me reassess my own emotional investment and return in games and online communities.   She’s an insightful writer, informative, seems to love her subject and her perspective is always fresh and entertaining.  :-)   A great read.
